Ingredients
- 5 ounces (140g) grated Parmigiano
- 2 tbsp (30ml) heavy cream
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon (3g) cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) extra-virgin olive oil
Pasta
- 2 tbsp (30g) unsalted butter
- 1 Garlic
- 2 cups cooking water
Steps
- Combine top list
- Cook pasta
- Toss butter and garlic with pasta
- Whisk in 1.5 cups of water to sauce
- Heat medium-high heat, only a minute or so
